Booking information

Booking: 

If you want to make a reservation we kindly ask you to provide the following details. Fully name & address, if possible a mobile phone number, special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian food or no fish eater) and everything else that may be good for us to know in advance.

 

Please advice us on the place you stay at if you need transfers as well as the drop-off place/s and times. Please note that transfers for Reindeer Lodge, Vuoján and Ráidu have to be pre-ordered (no extra charge), see exact times.

 

Order confirmation:

When booking activities or accommodation you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice. Please read the order confirmation as soon as you have received it. The order confirmation is your agreement with Nutti Sámi Siida and includes the price, programme and terms that you have agreed with Nutti Sámi Siida. If something is incorrect please contact us immediately. 

 

Terms of payment:

To confirm the booking the total amount has to be paid against invoice within 10 days from the date of reservation. If the booking is made less then 10 days before tour departure/customer’s arrival date, payment of the total amount has to be carried out immediately. If Nutti Sámi Siida has not received the total amount within the stated dates the booking will be cancelled automatically.

We use PayPal for safe online transactions.

 

All payments are made in SEK (Swedish kronor). Ensure that you state the invoice number so that we can match the right payment with the right booking.

 

Cancellation:

All cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations can be made at no cost up to 10 days from the time of booking by contacting the reservation department. Cancellation between 11 days from the booking date and 41 days before arrival will be charged at 25 % of the bookings total amount. Cancellations within 40 days of arrival will be charged at 100 % of the bookings total amount.

 

Reservation:
We have a minimum number of guests at our tours according to the product information for the tours. I you are the only guests at the tour and not fill the minimum number; we make a reservation against carrying through the tour. You will be informed if the tour is cancelled latest 60 days before the tours starting date.

 

Travel- and accident insurance:

The guests participate in the tour at their own responsibility. We advise the guest to sign their own travel- and accident insurances.

 

In event of an accident on our snowmobile tours an excess of maximum SEK 8 000 per incident/snowmobile will be charged to the person who was driving the damaged snowmobile.

 

Terms:
In addition to above terms we follow the Visitas General Terms for Conferences and other Events. In the cases where Visitas General Terms and above terms are contradictory the above terms are current. You find them at  www.nutti.se/subdet173.htm

 

General information about Travel Guarantees Act:                                       

The selling of package tours is regulated in the Travel Guarantees Act. The purpose of the Act is to protect travellers if a travel arrangement is cancelled or interrupted. The Act applies to anyone who sells package tours. For more information contact the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency, +46 08 700 08 00.

 

Nutti Sámi Siida AB has lodged security with the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency.
