Nutti Sámi Siida
We are a Sami activity company that arrange nature- and culture experience trips which are based on the Sami culture and keep a high standard regarding to eco tourism. The owners Nils Torbjörn Nutti and Carina Pingi are both Sami and Nils is a reindeer herder in Saarivuoma Sameby and Carina has her reindeer in Gabna Sameby. You find us in the village Jukkasjärvi, about 15 km from Kiruna.
Our history
We started in 1996. Bad grazing for the reindeer during the winter forced us to feed them in corrals instead of herding them out in the woods. Factory made food was expensive and to get an extra income we deceided to take visitors to the corral. Gradually it grew into Nutti Sámi Siida. 
Our guides
All employees at Nutti Sámi Siida have a direct connection to the Sami culture and way of life. The guides have experience of and are used to the nature, the climate and staying out in the wilderness.

Enviroment, quality and the Sami culture is very important for us when we plan our trips. For example some of our tours are marked with the label: Nature´s Best.
